Fixing Chapter 1

Recently one of my beta testers advised me that the package downloaded was crashing VERY early into the game.  So far this looks like a problem with the RPG Maker VX Ace's built-in compression system ... I had this problem with the original Neptune Quest in the past, thought they had fixed it, but apparently not.

Since I'm not able to fix their built-in compression system, the new package will require both 7zip to extract the files, and the RPG Maker VX Ace RTP (a quick online search should give you the place to grab that).

I tested this version on my own secondary system, it works on mine.  Please let me know if it continues to crash, even with the RTP installed.
